Client: B2C retailers
Two major retailers asked us for support in the transition to an omnichannel organization and the design of a modern off-the-shelf order management solution.
Approach
Our specialists were able to work as architects of this project, designing the platform. For this challenge, we chose Enterprise class OMS from Manhattan. For a similar project for the same retailer, we chose Magnus OIL OMS.
